STORIES IN MOTION is an original dance show choreographed and driected by amita batra that celebrates the storytelling power of dance, bringing you stories that make us reflect, laugh, cry and everything in between, all conveyed without ever saying a word.
the show features a compilation of short stories told through by the boundless by amita dance co as well as some of your favorite south asian dance artists.
Boundless by Amita is an LA-based dance company rooted in Kathak, the Indian Classical art of storytelling,Modern/Contemporary dance, Bollywood, theater, and more but above all, Boundless is driven by stories and intention beyond the rules and definitions of dance styles.

Amita Batra is a story-driven movement artist rooted in Kathak, the Indian Classical Art of Storytelling, as well as modern/contemporary dance, musical theater and more. above styles of dance, she believes that movement is the language of universal storytelling & enjoys exploring this through every day life and adventure.
