ASHLEY CORTES-OSE
Ashley Cortes-Ose is a New York City based performer who has been dancing since she was four years old. She has trained with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre Junior Division, Peridance Capezio Center Youth Ensemble, Joffrey Ballet School, and Paul Taylor Modern Dance Company, learning and performing in a wide range of styles and techniques. She continued her training at Adelphi University and Hunter College, where she is currently a senior in her last semester of her BFA degree in Dance. Ashley is also a passionate choreographer, and has created several dances and dance films. She is also a member of the Latvian Folk Dance group Jumalīte. In addition to dance, Ashley is an actress, performing in off Broadway plays and appearing in music videos and short films.
